Township Trustee David Bratto

David Bratto grew up in Macomb County. He and his wife Susan have been married for 31 years and built a house here in 1996. They have three adult children, all graduates of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools and Michigan colleges.
Trustee Bratto has been a conservative business owner for 35 years. He owned an Advertising Agency in downtown Detroit, worked for RGIS as the General Manager of worldwide marketing, creative services and technical training for their 40,000 employees. David was an adjunct instructor at MCC for eight years in the Media and Communications department. He also launched the marketing efforts for the original owners of MacRay Harbor and Mac & Ray’s restaurant.
In 2007, David and his wife opened a franchise business in Shelby Township where they still operate today. On weekends they frequent the beach, great restaurants here in the township, Red Wings games, the DSO and other concerts around the city.  
David also holds a seat on the Election Commission, a member and the board liaison for the Zoning Board of Appeals. He is also the former board liaison of the Environmental Committee, which have been awarded by various state organizations including the Governor's office, for its environmental cleanup efforts along Lake St. Clair.

He also supports the Michigan Humane Society, The American Red Cross and Toys for Tots through his business.
