MOVING OUT?
IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS AND ARE SET UP FOR AUTOPAY/RECURRING PAYMENTS FOR YOUR WATER/SEWER BILL, YOU MUST REMOVE AUTOPAY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT, AS WELL AS REMOVE EACH ACCOUNT FROM THE DASHBOARD.  IF YOU DO NOT, A PAYMENT WILL CONTINUE TO BE PULLED ON THE NEXT DUE DATE.  AS THE PREVIOUS TENANT OR OWNER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE THIS FEATURE TO AVOID DUPLICATE PAYMENTS.  PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE AT 586-466-1440.
